Foam sprayers are ideal when cleaning involves treating the material with as little moisture as possible but over a long exposure time. The foam sprayers in the SOLO CLEANLine range have chemically resistant FKM or EPDM seals:

if, for example, you want to apply concentrated or diluted foaming acids in the pH range from 1-7, the devices with the FKM seals are the right choice. They are suitable for working with disinfecting acidic cleaning foam. Foam sprayers with FKM seals are ideal for cleaning and disinfecting machines and fittings made of stainless steel, for car care, vehicle pre-washing and wheel rim cleaning.

SOLO foam sprayers with EPDM seals, on the other hand, have been designed for neutral and alkaline foam cleaning agents in the pH range 7-14. They can also be used to dispense alkaline cleaning foams. 

But we would not be SOLO if we did not provide you with real innovation in the form of the patented varioFOAM foam adjustment mechanism. What this means for you: no unnecessary contact with the agent when replacing nozzle inserts, but easy adjustment of the foam quality using a large, high-traction setting wheel. This allows the spray setting to be adjusted to drier, firmer foam types and wetter, gel-like foams. All without having to unscrew the nozzle or any other parts of the device. Generating cleaning foam has never been easier, more flexible or faster.

The light and handy 301 FA and 301 FB models are ideal for smaller areas.

The tank for the small, handheld foamer is extremely strong and UV-resistant and has a base that gives greater stability. The enclosed pump shields the pump elements from the chemically active cleaning fluid that is being applied and ensures that the foam sprayer has a long service life. 

An operating pressure of up to 3 bar can be built up without expending much energy and allows you to work for long intervals. The flexible suction tube enables you to work above your head and makes it easier to access areas that are difficult to reach. The automatic safety valve, high-quality FKM or EPDM seals, convenient operating components, spot spray and continuous foaming functions allow safe and convenient working.

If the areas are on the larger side, the 309 FA and 309 FB foam sprayers are ideal. They have a nominal capacity of 9 l and a stable base. A trolley with a handle is available as an option so that the device does not have to be carried around.

The extremely robust tank for the large foamer is made of very stable, UV-resistant polyethylene and comes with a solid base. The detergent can be poured in conveniently and safely through the large filling aperture. The fill level is easy to read on the fill level marking. 

The large pump means that the operating pressure of 3 bar can be built up easily, which delivers an outstanding pattern of foam and allows you to work for longer. A trolley with handle is available as an option so that the sprayer can be wheeled around easily rather than carrying it, as is a compressor connection valve for external pressure build-up.
